All photographs and films on this website are © Scott Maclean, Maclean Photo + Video, and are protected under the Copyright Act of Canada. Copyright remains with the photographer. Images may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, or used to train machine learning models without written permission.

If you are a couple I photographed

You have a personal use licence to your gallery. That means you are welcome to:

• Print your photos, at any size, as often as you like
• Share them on social media and with family and friends
• Use them on personal websites, wedding websites and thank you cards

Please do not crop out or edit over the images, apply additional filters, or use them commercially without asking first. A credit to Maclean Photo + Video is always appreciated but never required for personal use.

If you are a wedding vendor

Venues, planners, florists, and other vendors who worked on the same wedding are welcome to use the photos to promote their own business, free of charge, provided that:

• The image is credited to Maclean Photo + Video in the caption or alongside the image
• The image is not cropped, filtered, or otherwise altered
• The image is not used in paid advertising without asking first

If you would like a set of images from a wedding we worked on together, just get in touch and I will send them over.

Commercial & editorial licensing

For advertising, editorial, publication, or any other commercial use, please request a licence in advance. Terms and fees depend on how and where the image will be used. I am happy to work something out.

Requesting permission

The quickest way to request a licence, ask a question, or report an unauthorised use is to get in touch directly. Please include the image or page it appears on and a short description of how you would like to use it.
